You are welcome to return anything that was ordered from www.thesyn.cc within 60 days of purchase — both new and sale items. To create a return, please use our returns portal below and follow the prompts.

To start the returns process, enter your order number, and the email address that you used for placing the order.
1. Enter your order number and email address
Follow the prompts on the screen to select the items you wish to return to us. For each item you wish to return, inform us why you are returning the item to us by selecting one of the options under 'Return reason'.
Refund or Online Store Voucher
After having selected the items you want to return, follow the prompts for selecting your 'refund option'. You can then choose between a Online Store Voucher, or a refund of the original price paid. A Free Return Label will be granted if you select to receive a Online Store Voucher.
2. Select returning items and choose a refund option
Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with a return summary along with the option to create a return shipping label. You will then need to package the returning item up, attach the shipping label and drop your package at your post office. Once your parcel has arrived and reviewed at the SYN Warehouse, your SYN Online Store Voucher or Refund will be processed. Store vouchers will be send to your email within 2 business days after arrival of your return, Refunds will be send to your bank accounts within 10 business days after arrival of your return.
3. Create your shipping label & drop off your package at the post office
Return Conditions
The return conditions apply and making your return request must be done within 30 days from placing the order.
Please return your item in the original packaging with their tags. Please note, all items for return must be both unworn and unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. washed, soiled, or damaged), will not be refunded and be sent back to you. Customized products cannot be returned.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.
Returning products to us is at your own expense. In some cases - warranty cases, you received the wrong product or received a damaged product - a free return may be granted. If you select to receive a voucher as refund option, you'll be granted a Free Return label.
