UK Customs
For shipments to the United Kingdom import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges. These fees are to be paid by the customer upon delivery of your order. Please note that local customs vary by country and region.
Our courier will contact you before delivery to arrange payment of any import taxes and customs fees.
Import duties and taxes generally range from 30% to 40% of the order value.
Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these charges and cannot inform you about the exact amount, as customs policies differ between countries. To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned to us because customs fees were not paid, the customer is responsible for any associated costs. This includes postage, return shipping, customs charges, and handling fees, which will be deducted from any refund.
