Crash Replacement:
We offer you a 50% discount on a replacement kit. Get in touch with our Customer Care team to send us the details and photos of your damaged kit, including your original receipt.
Crash Replacement Conditions:
- Proof of purchase from thesyn.cc or an approved SYN Retailer must be provided, either your Receipt or Order Confirmation.
- Regular wear and tear is not covered by the crash replacement
- The replacement discount may only be applied at the thesyn.cc online store.
- The replacement discount of 50% applies to the consumer price of you paid for the purchased product.
