If you were gifted an item or do not have your order number, exchanges are made in two steps: returning and re-ordering.
Get in touch with Customer Care to get started. We’ll provide you with a return label to send the item back and place a new order for the exchange item. You will be refunded after your return is received and processed by us. You will be charged for the new item at the time you place the order.
You are welcome to wait until your return has been processed and credited before making the replacement purchase if that is more convenient.
